二 | 在县公共行政服务大厅内，群众可根据自身需求到所属楼层，仅需在该综合窗口即可一次性完成多项业务的处理，显著提升了办事效率。此外，建昌县公共行政服务中心还将“帮办代办”等特色服务全面纳入“高效办成一件事”服务体系中，旨在为群众提供更加便捷、高效的政务服务。“新生儿出生一件事一次办”服务，是今年4月份以来该县为家长们推出的贴心服务。新生儿通过医院定点窗口，填报相关手续，就可完成新生儿的出生登记。
